Last Friday I asked ChatGPT why I keep losing on Fridays. It gave me a thoughtful three-paragraph answer about weekly profit-taking, reduced institutional volume, and the psychological weight of ending the week red. All of it generic. None of it specific to me.

For context, your overall win rate is 48% and average loss is $190. Revenge trades lose more than twice as much on a hit rate less than half your baseline. Every revenge trade you didn't take would have been +$232 to your bottom line.

Conversation 3: Timing

You: Should I trade during the first 30 minutes?

Aura: Not based on your data. Your 9:30 to 10:00 AM trades are 38% win rate and net negative by $1,940 this quarter. Your best hour is 10:30 to 11:30 AM (56% win rate, +$2,600). If you skipped the opening half-hour and waited for your second window, your quarter would look significantly different.

What's in a weekly AI report

Every Sunday morning, before the week starts, Aura drops a report into your Insight History. The format is consistent so you can compare week over week:

  1. Win rate trend, this week vs last week vs 4-week average
  2. Best-performing strategy, with win rate, profit factor, and total P&L
  3. Worst-performing strategy, same metrics, plus a note on whether to cut
  4. Costliest emotion, total dollars lost on trades tagged with that state
  5. Verdict, one sentence on what to change next week

The verdict line is the highest-value piece. Most review processes collapse when the trader has to decide what to actually do differently. Aura makes that decision concrete: "Skip Friday shorts next week" or "Size down on breakouts until your last 10 show positive expectancy" or "Stop trading after 2 consecutive losses, your third-loss trades are 18% win rate."

The feedback loop

Every Aura insight has a thumbs-up and thumbs-down button. If an insight is useful, rate it up. If it's noise, rate it down. Aura's coaching improves over time based on your feedback, surfacing more of what you find valuable and less of what you don't.

Your feedback is scoped to your account. It doesn't train a shared model or change how Aura responds to other traders. This is a personal coach, not a crowd-sourced one.

Privacy and trust

Your trades stay yours. TradeZap doesn't sell data, serve ads, or train AI models on your personal trading information. If you stop trading or cancel your subscription, your data deletes cleanly. You can also export your journal at any time via the Settings screen.
